A new elementary school in the northern neighborhood of Yafa an-Naseriyye, planned as part of replacing an existing school and relocating it to the junction between the old neighborhood and the expanding new northern neighborhood.
The design integrates with the town's characteristic mountainous topography. It is positioned along a slope separating two roads within the neighborhoods, thereby creating a necessary physical connection between them.
The school, designed for 12 classrooms, is planned a120cross three levels with a parking lot beneath serving both the school and a nearby community center. The architectural concept is based on utilizing the slope by dividing it into terraces with landscapes that function as school courtyards at different levels. These terraces expand to define the central space and main entrance. As a result, the building appears as an integral part of the green slope, and vice versa. The main courtyard is located on the roof, designed as an extension of the upper neighborhood level, functioning as a community park with a sports field serving the town beyond school hours. This creates a reciprocal relationship in which the school draws inspiration from the town and gives back to it
