A municipality building, cultural center, commerce, and park, with a built-up area of 7,000 sqm, located at the edge of a hill in a new neighborhood overlooking the Jezreel Valley and Megiddo landscape.

 

The importance of the complex's location and views inspired the idea of designing the building as if it hovers on three spatial core-membranes as part of the main entrance level's design, while at the same time creating a central space – the building's lobby – maintaining open areas and continuity toward the park, to not hinder residents and visitors from enjoying the pastoral view open in all directions.

The combination of the park with a 1,000-seat amphitheater, the municipality building, culture and leisure facilities alongside commercial areas, turns the complex into a cultural and business anchor, and an active focal point of attraction throughout the day.
