The Noam Naria Elementary School, designed for 24 classrooms, is located in the new southeastern neighborhood, as outlined in a detailed expansion plan for Beit She'an. The eastern edge of the neighborhood forms a unique scenic axis overlooking the Jordan Valley.

The design responds to the existing landscape and the urban fabric of the old neighborhood, resulting in a composition of three separate "houses". Each wing contains 8 classrooms across two floors, along with additional functional and supporting units. Each wing operates independently in terms of circulation and basic services facilities.

The connection between the wings is achieved by duplicating the movement system across two levels along a west-east axis, generating a dual movement flow oriented toward the open view of the Jordan Valley.

The building’s form is inspired by the city's existing construction patterns. Its architectural language emerges from reinterpreting the repeated use of pitched tile roofs within the urban fabric, translating this into a contemporary design that enhances the quality of internal spaces throughout the school.

The decision to split the school into separate wings softens the building’s proportions relative to surrounding residential structures, while reinforcing open spaces and development axes within the future neighborhood.
