The project is a detailed master plan with built-form proposals for a complex of about 50 dunams on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, adjacent to the Migdal town.

The complex was designed by examining and recreating the drainage system and water flow in the existing channels and in those that existed in the past. The design of the built form was influenced by climate conditions and local architecture. The proposal includes several typologies, varied guest rooms, and a main hotel and services space, integrated within an artificial topography that cools the complex and produces a new landscape. The plan offers open views of the Sea of Galilee and guides the user through a series of biblical gardens and landscapes.
