"Manda Park" – a park and public buildings, will include a spacious auditorium (700 seats), a council building, and commerce.

The project's location grants it uniqueness and great importance: it sits on a main axis connecting the town's neighborhoods to its surroundings, and thus the planning idea creates an open public space with uses and activities for a range of ages and the entire population – culture and leisure, sports, field workshops, and community events – offering youth a constructive alternative that promotes a healthy lifestyle.

At the same time, the cultural center will address the needs of the elderly population through dedicated programs – classes, lectures, study days, and social events – that promote an active and enriching lifestyle among senior residents. In addition, the adjacent park will serve as a complementary space for physical activity for this sector.

In this way, the center and the park will become a magnet for the entire community – from children and youth to the elderly – contributing to strengthening the social fabric and deepening the sense of belonging and community in the town.
