A 3,000 sqm music conservatory – the first of its kind in the region – will be built in the Golan Heights, at the main entrance of Majdal Shams – the "Gate of the Golan". The building will be at the foot of Mount Hermon, integrating a main performance hall and music classrooms overlooking the clouds over the north mountains.

The design concept combines advanced technological principles with sustainable green construction. The spatial structure, made of steel and concrete, rests on the edge of a cliff, with most of its area cantilevered as an architectural object that forms a "gateway" integrating with the rocky topography. This topography becomes a dominant element in the design of the building and its surroundings, while creating a central open space – an amphitheater for the use of all visitors, overlooking the landscape and the surroundings.
