The site is characterized by its elongated shape and is surrounded by old residential buildings slated for renewal in an urban regeneration plan. The school design emphasizes addressing both student and community needs, with an innovative vision enabling spatial flexibility indoors and outdoors.

The planning of the elementary school complex (24 classrooms) over 4,900 sqm evolved into a large unified park area connecting the surrounding neighborhoods. In doing so, the school adds value to its environment, positioned at the heart of the historic urban fabric
